I took this photo last summer at the Coronado beach resort. It was a beautiful day here in San Diego and we took our kids to downtown San Diego. We wandered like any other tourist at the time and it felt good. There were lots of people and they look like it was their first time to visit San Diego. Some of them were asking people for direction and others were stunned looking at the buildings and the historical Coronado hotel. We also went inside the hotel, took pictures and just have fun.
We were at the Disneyland when I saw this amazing cloud formation. We were actually waiting for the sensational parade when I accidentally looked up on the sky and saw this very interesting cloud. I told hubby to look up because the clouds looks exactly like a SPINAL CORD, which he no doubt agreed and was stunned as well. I don’t know if other people cared enough to watch these beautiful clouds. I posted the photo on my Facebook and most of my friends said that its beautiful and it’s a miracle. Well, I don’t really believe on miracles, I just thought that it’s pretty cool on how these clouds formed like a spinal cord. Of course it’s the wind helped these clouds formed like this. Words can’t express how thankful and grateful we are to have him in our life. That’s my husband he helps me take care of our kids, he does house chores and fix meals for us, we are certified brat. LOL. Sometimes it’s hard to ask something from him because he’ll no doubt give it to us. That’s one of the reasons why I just don’t ask anything from him because he’ll work hard for it just so we can have what we want. And I don’t want to take advantage of him because I love him so dearly and I’m not that type of person who takes advantage of their husbands financially and materially. We are not perfect, we are not wealthy but we are one happy family.
I am sure not many American husbands out there who would wash their children’s bottom with water after they go for #2, but guess what? my husband does! He learned it from me. He is surely one of a kind daddy.

I call myself as an amateur photographer. I love taking pictures using my dslr. I neither went to any photography class nor watching any photography software that was given to me. I don’t know I just don’t feel like reading into something to gain such information. I just take pictures in my own little way. Do you know Aladdin, Marry Poppins and Alice in the Wonderland, also known as the queen of hearts? I bet you know them all because they are popular Disney characters since then and now. We grow old but these Disney characters never grow old. I was able to take photos of them during our Disneyland tour; I am hoping to see more of the popular Disney characters in the future at the Disneyland. I also have photos of the Disney Princesses, I posted them in my other blog, so feel free to check them out as well.

I finally got a replacement for my old DSLR (nikon D5100). My loving and generous husband bought my new toy a few days ago and I am so thrilled by it. It didn’t take a year for me to get a replacement, thank goodness. I couldn’t imagine without my dslr after getting used to it for awhile. I love photography and I considered myself as an amateur photographer. I even created my photography page on facebook for me to be able to share all the photos I took. Anyway, here’s my new toy and I am so excited to use it wherever we go. We definitely have some plans to go some places and I can’t wait to get my photograph started.

I have new uploads in my photography facebook fun page. Here are some of my photo quotes BIRDS. I took it at the Balboa Park a few days ago. These birds were actually standing on the owner’s shoulder. That’s the best shots I got so far since they were moving and squirming a lot while the owner was trying to show us their tricks. My son was able to hold the birds, although, he was a little bit scared but he like it. It’s fun to see harmless animals up close.

Like I’ve said in my previous posts, I have a Facebook fun page (Amateurphotographer – Jerla’s collection) for my photography. I’m collecting all kinds of beautiful natures including creatures and share it to all my friends and family using my Facebook account. One of my friends requested me to take some pictures of her favorite flower “Sunflower”. So, I went to my son’s preschool garden and take pictures of it. Here’s what I have.
