Purchasing a new TV

Thinking back to the time when we purchased our Samsung 50” plasma TV, I’m now wishing we had the finances to purchase an internet ready compatible LCD TV.  It would come in handy when writing articles because of it’s large big screen and it would double as an extra computer. Recently, our older computer started giving us some trouble and we ended up buying a brand new computer to replace our older one because we would end up losing our work. It was frustrating to say the least. Now I can do my work without worrying about losing it, but my husband has been having difficulty with his laptop because the mouse pad is so sensitive to his hands and sometimes he ends up losing his work. He says he misses his older desktop computer, that’s why it would be nice to have an internet ready TV so he can do his work on the TV. I think the next time we go looking for a new TV, it will be an internet ready TV. My husband was looking at some new TV’s and he likes this Samsung 46” led tv. But internet ready tv’s can be expensive. We will wait to see how long our current TV will last. I know he’s excited to buy  one but for now, it will have to wait.

Software Security Solution

For the past few weeks I’ve had a lot of blogger friends who encountered problems with their websites. Some of their blogs were hacked and malicious viruses were infected to some blogs and everyone panicked including me. Well, I promoted my co-blogger’s giveaway and when I visited my blog I was shocked when it says malware virus and I could not open. The only way to retrieve my blog was to delete the infected link in my post and since it was my first time to encounter such problem, I panicked. I think this is the time to consider about getting some security software. I don’t want that thing to happen again in my websites. I actually checked softwaresecuritysolutions.com and seems like they meet my standard. I’ll have to inquire more though and see what they can do for me.

Not a good surprise

I was looking up a satellite internet provider North Lebanon using my computer at work. I had been talking to my husband for a while about getting a new package or a new provider. I was not really sure exactly what, but I did not think we were getting the best deal. I finally find that good one and called my husband right away. I thought he would be glad I took the initiative and happy he did not have to do more work, but he did not react how I expected. It sort of made me mad at first. I thought to myself I did all this work and have been making your sandwiches in the morning; giving you back rubs and you act like this? I started to act as if I were mad until I realized he was upset about something at work. I asked him to tell me what was wrong and he said he would try to later. When he got home later he told me he was afraid he would be losing his job soon. I was in such shock. I did not see how he could lose his job. He had been there so long. A week or so later, he had a talk with his boss and cleared things up. I’m praying that nothing changes!

I don’t believe in really messing with the classics. I love it when I’m able to really produce a fantastic tasting dish that is just how I think a classic dish should taste. To me, that’s just perfect and success. So every Thanksgiving, I try to really make my classic recipes the best possible by adding subtle flavors into things and just make them as great as possible.

I’ve been doing my research for a few weeks to see if I can find the best possible versions of recipes. While I was online looking for those, I came across some information on Houston wireless internet providers and after I looked through it some I decided to change over my home internet service to one of those providers.

I’m really excited about this simple cranberry sauce recipe that I found. It definitely sounded the best out of all the different recipes that I saw. So IÕm glad to say that IÕm not going to have the cranberry sauce straight out of a can that is obviously shaped like a can!

>Some of my domains are expiring soon and I keep on receiving a reminder notice from the managed web hosting company that I am registered for. I have to start saving some money for my domain renewals. Yesterday I receive a special email from them. It was a birthday special offer; they were giving me an amazing discount. They even emphasized the words “just for you”. How sweet of them to do that. I will try if I can still avail of this offer in a few weeks because I still don’t have the money right now. I’m waiting for my paycheck and as soon as I receive it, I will proceed on renewing my domain names. I have to do it regardless of whether or not I get the discount because it’s a must.

My oldest daughter is sixteen and has decided that she is going to be the fashion expert of the school. This year, she has decided that she wants to purchase her school clothes online with our hughesnet satellite internet so that she can find things that nobody else is wearing. She spent all day looking for school clothes online. At least I can say, I knew where she was and what she was doing. She ended up with a very impressive wardrobe, though. More clothes than she would ever get to wear in a year. I’m glad that she was smart enough to remember that she needed shoes to go with the outfits. Those I insisted needed to be new– you never know what kind of foot diseases and problems you can pick up from wearing someone else’s shoes. Now only if my youngest daughter was as easy to get clothes for, I would be set.

Planning a wedding was not as scary as I thought especially with the help of a few good friends and my High speed internet in Oklahoma. I was able to find a perfect venue that would be able to accommodate all of our guests, which were more than 200. I did multiple searches online for quality caterers that were close by and created a list of must visit or consider according to the menu they had listed online. It was also helpful having a binder that I filled to capacity with wedding dress ideas, bridesmaid dress ideas and flower girl dresses that I found online. I loved the convenience of booking my venue online because they provided a calendar that let you know what days they had available and I was pleased when I saw that my day was not already booked. I was able to pay a down payment using my credit card and after receiving my receipt and confirmation saw that they updated their calendar to add my day as taken. There is a large variety of gowns that are available online but I tried to stick buy my gown one size bigger so that I would be able to have it taken in as opposed to buying the right size online and it not fitting, which worked out great for both me and my bridesmaids. My favorite place to get deals on the internet is Overstock.com. I can go on that site and order various items. I can find items that include clothing, electronics, furniture, and jewelry. That is only just a few of the items that you will find when browsing this site. The shipping is very prompt. I ordered a pair of sexy stiletto high heels that I needed for a weekend wedding. I placed the order on a Monday and they arrived that Friday. The good thing about the shipping is that it is only $2.95. The price is always $2.95. You cannot beat that. I have ordered from other sites online and they charge for shipping by the total cost of your items, this can be quite pricey. Overstock.com really sticks to the price of $2.95 shipping. Once I was on their site and saw a beautiful Italian leather couch that I felt my life was not going to be complete without. The total for the shipping on the couch was $2.95. I feel that is quite remarkable.

I prefer to shop from the comfort of my own home. I find it is too much of a hassle to go to the store and make my purchases. I have to waste gasoline to get there. I then have to drive around and search for parking. Shopping at home, there is none of that hassle. One thing that makes my online shopping experience better is having speedy wildblue internet service. I would recommend to anyone that before you head out to the mall looking for deals, sign online and try finding the deals there. Mine even came with TV services through direct tv internet, so it was a win-win!
