My husband was so busy today; he was running around like a headless chicken. He was taking care of my children while I’m taking nap. He prepared our lunch and made this delicious lasagna. I believe this was his first time to make it. He said that he didn’t realize that making lasagna takes forever. At least it was worth the wait. Effort and love was there that’s why his cooking taste yummy.
Some lasagnas can take a whole lot of time to prepare since it envolves a whole lot of things. Have you guys tried a mexican lasagna? It was a teacher that gave us the recipe. All it is, is instead of the lasagna noodles you use the tortilla instead.
