I previously posted about our off shore/deep sea fishing and here’s one of the recipe I came up with from our caught. A fish soup! And to make this dish even more tasty and yummy, I friend some dried sardine dipped it in a vinegar. My kids and I enjoyed our meal. Though my husband came home so late and wasn’t able to eat it with us, he brought some for lunch at work and he said it’s tasty. The fact that he is not fond of fish soup and appreciating the taste of it is superb for me. That’s why I love cooking and have motivations to prepare meals for my family because they enjoyed my food. Thank God they’re not so finicky. I rarely misses the kind of food I am used to eating because I can easily get it here so long as the Seafood City has available of it, I can always fix it whenever I want to.
