I’ve been cooking lately and I think my husband is taking advantage of it. LOL! Just kidding… Cooking for tonight’s dinner is kind of pressure for me because I don’t have a lot of time left since we have Christian Meetings at 7:30pm. Anyhow, I hastily chopped all the ingredients, fired up the stove and starts sautéing while chopping the rest of the veggies. Somehow, I still managed to cut husband’s hair while cooking. Multi-tasking is what I’m getting used to. By the way, I made Pork Pochero. This was actually my first time to cook this and I’m not even familiar with this kind of food. I was just curious for it after I heard it on Facebook, someone mentioned about it and so I decided to make it. The above photo is the finished product of my cooking. I tasted it and it’s not bad at all. My husband and my kids ate it. Thanks a lot to the Panlasan Pinoy website for helping me fixing most of our meals.

I would try that if it’s beef but since it’s pork, I’ll say pass.
