>Pandesal, freshly baked from our oven

>

How do I eat it with? Well, I dipped it into my coffee :D

This is the kind of bread that Filipino usually eats for breakfast. My husband, kids and I love pandesal and we always buy it at the Filipino bakery. This time, my husband thought, why not make it fresh from the scratch. He did! It was his first time to bake these pandesal and it came out really good, just as what I’ve expected. He followed the recipe from Panlasang Pinoy website. We gave some to our neighbor (Mexican) and they asked us where we bought it, I told them that my husband made them from the scratch. They couldn’t believe it because they said it was so good. Well, my husband is a good baker and he cooks for us most of the time. He loves to experiment in the kitchen. I even told him one time, it looks like you are married to our kitchen rather than me. LOL! We just laughed.
