>The tenants in #5 moved-out a few weeks ago and they left some of their stuff like furniture (entertainment center, reclaining chair, coffee table, side table and mattress with box spring) gas grill, kitchen ware, big containers as well as clothe hangers. We took some of it such as; brand new 26” bicycle, 1 big container, gas grill, clothes hangers, side table and dresser. They all look fine, just need some cleaning. My husband sands the dresser and the side table, and then he’ll paint it to look new. Usually, tenants that move-in in our complex are navy. We thought maybe they were deployed or something like that that they decided to leave some of their stuff. Free stuff is always great!
