I feel like going back to school

I want to try and take an online training course in the medical related field. I’m particularly interested in medical coding training courses though. I’ve never heard of this kind of course until tonight when I was checking for medical courses or programs online. This kind of reminds me of that famous actor that was interviewed by Oprah, where they were discussing about the wrong kinds of treatment (babies were given the wrong dosage which causes them to nearly die) that his twins had and he went to court and sued the one responsible and later on he proposed to have a coding system in the hospital to prevent this kind of wrong treatment from happening to other patients.
