>It’s sad to hear that mom doesn’t want to live anymore. She’s somehow doing ok after she was moved out from the ICU and was transferred to a regular room; however, she signed an advance directive order that she won’t accept lifesaving treatments anymore. And recently my sister-in-law was called to the hospital staff and told her that mom refuses now to eat meals and they want to take her off from her medications now and just give her more morphine to make her comfortable and free from pain. Then the family was told to just be ready until when is her body starts to shut down. We will see her often now! We all love you MOM.
