Firefox internet

I was having problem with my explorer every time I do my EC dropping. It suddenly gets disconnected and the window will close itself which is so irritating sometimes. Sometimes I have to restart my computer just to be able to get back with my EC dropping thing. I asked my friend yesterday if she also encountered the same issue like mine every time she does her EC dropping thing. She told me that she doesn’t have any problem at all because she’s using mozilla firefox internet instead of explorer because according to her that it’s safer than explorer. No wonder why. I used to have firefox but when my husband bought a new computer he wasn’t able to download the firefox again. I might have to do it some time so I won’t be having the same problem anymore.
