>We have new neighbors now and look like they’re good people. They’re family and they are Mexicans too. Ever since they moved-in in their apartment they kept the place clean even our hallway which is cool. The husband is friendly too and he was the one who does the cleaning, he even fixes the front yard, swept and dust the steps and rakes all the dry leaves of. So far our place is pretty clean. I also noticed that they’ve painted their walls inside like the color of our walls (green) but the manager didn’t introduced them to us yet. I think they’re good people “hopefully” because I don’t want to have a bad neighbor again.
