It's really your choice to which one you want to sign-up for. Because that's where you can get started blogging. In my case i signed up for blogger/blogspot and wordpress because i find them more easier and not complicated. When your done signing up you can go ahead and start posting any personal thoughts and ideas that you would want to share to the public. Make it your online diary. Post anything you want as long as is not damaging to you :)! Then explore your own website, learn how it works, read some guidelines, policy, terms and condition. You need to familiarize with the settings, dashboard, layouts and what it does to you site. If you are now familiar with it then you can go ahead and beautify your website by putting some widgets (that's optional though). Glitters if you want feel free to add it too!
