>How can i contact PPP or SS?

>A cyber-friend (newbie) asked me this, that’s why i posted it here. Anyway, whenever you have some concerns about ppp or ss and you need some help regarding a certain issue, you can click the contact support link (found at the upper right hand side of your ppp dashboard) for ppp and click help for ss. After you click that link there will be another window will open then click Submit Ticket or direct to My Support tab then “submit a ticket“. You should see the following; contact info, ticket description and options. Now, under ticket description you will indicate the topic by selecting one (if your concern is from ppp then click PPP postie (blogger)” if its from ss then “socialspark blogger”. Next box is for your topic details, then you can write the summary of your concern. Then you can go ahead and write the description of your concerns, questions or whatever your issue is. When your done click the button finish that’s all. Wait for their reply through email. I love their technical support because they don’t let you down, they will answer everything and give you some clarifications to any of your questions or concerns. That is based from my experience towards them because I’ve sent many tickets already and they are helpful a lot.
